One of the local judges is a longtime friend of mine. I saw him two days ago, and asked him if he ever got any sovereign citizens in his courtroom. He laughed, and said he's been getting some. He does not tolerate their nonsense at all, and when they start doing their sovcit act, he points to a door and says that door leads to the jail. More judges need to take control of their courtrooms like that.

I don't like the way the judge talks about others cases and their privacy the way he did about James and the licence. I don't think he should do that.

I hope that the first defendant makes better decisions. This is pretty much a last-ditch effort. I think the two key factors were him contacting probation and his attorney having a viable alternative treatment plan.

My ex wife was close in high school with a guy became a cop in their small town in nj. He got fired eventually for showing men his balls on traffic stops. Just hanging his balls out of his zipper and doing traffic stops, maybe giving the guy like a “what do you think of those eh?” at most. Gave everyone who got the balls a warning. Didn’t touch anyone or ask for anything, just wanted his balls seen and acknowledged. That’s the only reason it’s funny. Just showing dudes his balls. Imagine some thug mo fo gets pulled over and gets a warning but some cop had done him dirty, making him stare at his balls. Imagine both would haunt him in weird ways, whenever he saw a cop he’d reflexively think “but what do his balls look like?” And it would eat the dude up.

America is a territory of the United States of America. Any crimes committed in a state are the jurisdictions of that court. (I watch court TV, and I have stayed at a holiday inn at one time). Being your own lawyer is simaler for me to be a pro golf instructor, aint going to work. I would rather have Jacki Childs from the Seinfeld show than this guy. I rest my case. They say that on court TV shows.

The way she says "Do you understand?" is so condescending lol. At least that's how I interpret it. The second kid seems really remourseful and I'm not surprised they wouldn't give him medicine. Doctors are getting paid to not prescribe certain meds now so I suspect that's what's going on here. (Just a wild guess, no proof of this happening to him)

I'll be 61 in a couple of weeks and thru life if I had an issue with my license, quite a few, or my car was broken down I peddled my backside to work. Rain, snow 95 degree temps I was peddling. 1 job was 17 miles from my home but I still rode my bike because I had bills to pay including child support which was so much more important than any bill and never missed a payment. Folks these days are so damn lazy, the weather is SO much better than when I rode, less snow and warmer winter temps and yet they still choose to drive, get caught and complain about getting fined or worse put in jail.

Her license was suspended in 2012 due to not having insurance. Let that sink in. In 12 years this woman has known she doesn't have a license and obviously no money to pay a $258 ticket. Sad!!!

Its funny when a judgement goes in someone's favour yet they still feel the need to argue their case, makes me think the motive isn't to win but to complain.
